Being ‘stuck’ is painful. It’s debilitating. When you feel like you’re not progressing, either personally or professionally, you are much more likely to engage with unhealthy behaviour (think: binge eating, drinking too much, and other unhelpful practices that keep you in a low vibration and a negative mindset).
But you can choose healthier patterns. You can feel, be, and do better. You can move forward. Your mind is dynamic, and it is capable of amazing growth. I can help you utilise it to bring about the change you want to see in your life and become the best version of yourself.
What can you expect from me?
I am a results-driven, performance-focused mind coach with a unique focus on developing your mind fitness to help you achieve your goals.
I am a certified Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, and a Brain Health Licensed Trainer, so can use a variety of proven tools and techniques to achieve tangible results. I am a registered practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Register in the UK, and an accredited practitioner and member of the EFT & Mindfulness Centre UK.
With my 1-to-1 coaching, we will devise a unique strategy to meet your needs using a variety of tools and techniques. Together, we will experiment, formulate and implement an effective and highly specific plan to help you overcome your challenges and start living the life you want to lead.

I use many of the same techniques that athletes and high performers call upon to guarantee their success.
Hypnotherapy assists in training your mind to focus and think in ways that enhance your performance to bring out the best in yourself. It works by going deep into the subconscious mind and rewriting negative and destructive thoughts and patterns – then embedding and accepting positive thoughts, feelings and actions that will support your wellbeing, performance and success in everyday life.
Another tool I utilise to shift those blocks is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping. Although it can partly be therapeutic in nature as we identify and release the blocks that have been holding you back, I will ensure the focus clearly remains on energising your present and progressing you forward.
I have recently incorporated brain health practices into my coaching because of the important role great brain health can play in maintaining your motivation, getting rid of negative thoughts, and removing damaging self-doubt.
As part of my own healing experience, I have learnt that life is limited unless you have a fit and healthy brain. Exercise, sleep, spending time in nature, having a strong social circle, consuming nutrient rich food – all these things will contribute to great brain health, but finding the focus and the confidence to develop better habits is often where we, as humans, struggle the most. I can use my unique knowledge and methodology to coach your mind back to full fitness, working closely with you to unravel your own blocks and challenges as we embark on your coaching journey.

Sukhi is very knowledgeable about brain health. I now have some clear recommendations of ways to tweak my lifestyle in order to help my brain work better for me. I have been working on myself with Sukhi for some time now, once a week online for a session. Sometimes it’s hypnotherapy, while sometimes Sukhi uses EFT. I feel comfortable with both styles of therapy so Sukhi integrates them both according to the need. I find her to be a very friendly and compassionate person as well as a very well-read and capable hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner. I would definitely recommend her.
